Dylan Knapp

I started CrossFit in 2018 after being bored of my usual workout routine, and instantly fell in love with the methodology and community at CrossFit Fairhope. I loved the challenge each day brought. Whether it was a new movement to learn or a skill to get better at, each workout kept me engaged. In 2020 I took the step of getting my Level 1 and began coaching others to share my knowledge and passion for CrossFit. Since then, I have gotten my L2, as well as Undergrad and Master's Degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Alabama. Whether it is to try something new, lose weight, get strong, or be an athlete, my passion is to help others be the best version of themselves.
